The Bondage of The Soil (Novella)
Collection by Margaret McGoverne
The Bondage of the Soil is my first upcoming full-length novel, and a sequel to my first published novella, The Battle of Watling Street. The story takes place in a village close to the Icknield Way, the oldest road in Britain. The preparations for a new relief road cause profound disturbances to the local area and its inhabitants. These pictures feature some of the landmarks, themes and events in the story. http://www.margaretmcgoverne.com
