1 baked potato 1 Tbsp butter 2 eggs (@ SafeEggs would be perfect for this) 2 strips bacon, cooked. 2 Tbsp. shredded cheddar 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped. salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place 1/2 tablespoon of butter in the middle of each bowl. Then gently break an egg into each bowl, careful not to break the yolk. Top with bacon, cheese, parsley, and then season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 min.

breakfast baked potato - put the top back on, wrap it in foil and toss it in the coals for a great camping breakfast! I don't like the whole egg. I'd filll it with cheese, bacon, scrambled eggs, and ham.
