This is so silly... BUT how fun to have a mouse door or "elf" door in your classroom. This way when pencils (or anything else) go missing you can blame the little elf who lives in the wall. Students could draw a picture of him, write a story about him...all from a little sticker on the wall.

Blackboard + steps = a creative "stage" area for your kids. I would have loved this as a kid to put on "plays" and design backgrounds. just needs a curtain!
