“I don’t need to write that down. I’ll remember it.” - Everyone Writing, Sayings, Youre Not Alone, Lie To Me, Flaws, I Know, Entrepreneurship, Obvious, Todoist
Entrepreneurship is hard, don’t make it harder by not writing things down!
Have you done this? I know I have! You're not alone! Because I know that my brain is flawed, and I won't remember something, no matter how much I lie to myself and say that I will, I have processes in place to save things. • Notes → Apple Notes • Tasks → Todoist • Projects → ClickUp • Record keeping → Notion. All of these work across all my devices and are searchable. What's your go to process for not forgetting stuff? Follow me for more (bloody) obvious tips!
Entrepreneur Presence Apps: website, newsletter/email marketing, social accounts, social media scheduler Social Media, Apps, Social Media Schedule, Email List, Website, Entrepreneur, Landing Page, Business
When we start our own businesses, we think we need all the things. We don’t.
As an entrepreneur, there are a couple of apps that we can use to present ourselves to the world. A website, even if it's just a simple landing page. Split this into sections with headings to make it more reader-friendly! We all need an email list. Entrepreneurs should have one. Period. Social media accounts specific to out business. Social Media Schedulers are useful if you want to be in all the polaces, and don't have to be expensive. #SystemsAndGlitter #EntrepreneurLife #Entreprenerd
Authenticity looks good on everyone Resume, Authenticity, Different Definition, Strategic, Definitions, Emotions, Words
Authenticity has entered the creator and entrepreneur space as the new buzz word
It’s being thrown around like some sort of skill to pad your resume. It's not. But there are so many different definitions and extra words like "emotional authenticity," "strategic authenticity," "constructive authenticity," and "destructive authenticity" that it's taken on a life of it's own. Can we really be authentic in our spaces anymore, without someone claiming our deeds to be something that they're not? Can we claim to be authentic anymore? Let me know your thoughts
Confessions of an entreprenerd: If I don’t dress for work, my outcomes aren’t as good as they would be if I put proper clothes on. I still wear slippers though Slippers, Home Office, Entrepreneur Mindset, Mindset, Work Meaning, Help Me, Office
As an entrepreneur, do you dress for work?
I work from home all the time, and I recognize my privilege that I have a home office. But every day, I dress like I'm going to a physical office (outside my house) to work. It's helped me stay more present at work, meaning that if I need to nip out, I don't need to waste time getting changed! Do you dress for work? Do you still wear slippers? #SystemsAndGlitter #Entrepreneur #Mindset #MentalHealth #Entreprenerd #BalancedBusiness
Do you theme your days? Mon: co-working & socials. Tue: personal admin & products. Wed: socials & scheduling. Thu: writing articles. Fri: writing articles. Sat: personal admin & products. Sun: meeting & newsletter. Productivity, Job, Proper Job, Personal Branding, You Working
As an entrepreneur, do you theme your days?
I like to theme my days because I don't have to think about what I'm supposed to be doing! Because I have a personal brand as well as a job, I have to make sure that I progress my business alongside my job. This isn't always easy, but having themed days makes it easier. No, I don't have a scheduled day off per week. I take a day off when I want/need to. #SystemsAndGlitter #EntrepreneurLife #Productivity #ThemeDays #TimeBlocking #Entrepreneur #Entreprenerd #BalancedBusiness

Entrepreneur Self-Care Strategies: planning (and sticking to it), setting clear boundaries, time blocking personal time, be unavailable during meals. Mental Health, Self Care, Prioritize, Intentions, Care, Self, Burnout
Calling all entrepreneurs: our self-care is important too!
Self-care looks different to everyone, as entrepreneurs it’s especially important that we prioritize ourselves, but sometimes we forget. If we’re not looking after ourselves, we can’t look after our businesses. If we can’t look after our businesses, we fall into a cycle of bursts of intention and rapid working followed by burnout. Let’s not.
Unpopular Opinion: You don’t need all the apps to start Dance, Instagram, Marketing, Google, Starter Kit, You Really
Entrepreneur Starter Kit
You don’t need all the things to get started. Here’s my list: - Email Marketing Platform & newsletter sign up form - Domain + Google Workspace - Website - doesn’t have to be all sparkly, just an MVP is enough for the minute - Google Meet/Zoom depending on your niche - Social accounts + inexpensive scheduler You can build on this later, but when you’re starting out, this is all you need
Confessions of an entreprenerd. I second guess myself. Multiple times a day. Software, Not Good Enough, Thinking Of You
You’re not alone as an entrepreneur who wonders if they’re doing the right thing
Am I using the right project management software? Am I using the right social media scheduler? Is my brand saying everything that I want it to say about me? Are my colors too bright? Are my fonts readable? Do I look like I'm trying too hard to stand out? Is my website good enough? If you think these things too, you're not alone sweetheart, I promise you.
Keep your promises. This also counts for promises to yourself. You’re important too! If you’ve blocked downtime or relaxation in your calendar, stick to it. You made a promise to yourself You Promised, Personal Care, Remember, Family Time, Online Scheduling
As an entrepreneur, your time is precious
Make sure you put family time and personal care on your calendar. Make these events “busy” in your calendar so no one can book over them. It doesn’t have to be massive chunks of time, but it should be enough to pause and remember why you’re doing what you’re doing
Fundamentals for a successful personal brand. Email Newsletter. Your email list is vital to business growth and engagement. You have a list of people who want to hear from you, cherish it. Website. A fully-fledged website isn't strictly necessary straight away, a wonderfully branded landing page is enough to start. Socials. Social media is a powerful tool. Use it to drive traffic to your website and email list. Take your followers on a journey with you. People, Sign Up Page, Branding
Entrepreneurs with personal brands - this is what you need
The personal branding gurus will tell you that you need a million and one things. You don’t. You need some way to capture email addresses. You need an email list. You need a functional website with your sign-up form embedded in it. It doesn’t have to be fancy. Social media is a great way to point people to your email sign-up page, but it’s not the be-all-end-all.
Entrepreneur Outsourcing: email inbox, social media graphics, calendar management, website design & build Outsourcing, Management, Social Media Graphics, Clients, Calendar Management, Media
What can you outsource as an entrepreneur?
What you do and don't outsource is a list that only you know. You have to be comfortable both with what you're outsourcing and who you outsourcing it to. If you really enjoy doing social media graphics, and you have the time for them, then don't outsource them. Alternatively, if you don't want the back and forth that happens when trying to book in clients, you might consider outsourcing your calendar management and bookings to someone else.
Email lists are important for entrepreneurs You Call, Answers, Accounting, Start, Correction
What do you call an entrepreneur without an email list?
A: someone who likes to live dangerously. If your IG, FB, or X accounts were deleted tomorrow, how would you communicate with your audience? Correct answer; "I have an email list, Esme." If you don't, go and start one now! Do it! I’ll wait…
If you're building your entrepreneur empire, and you *want* to work 7 days a week, then you have at it! I am not suggesting you do this all month or work 12 hours a day for those 7 days. But if this is what you genuinely want to do, don't let anyone tell you, you can't. Notice that "if you want," and "work" look different to different people. It's your empire, as long as you're making sure that your mental and physical health is your top priority, you work when and how you damn well please! Empire, Depend On You, Priorities, Definition Of Work, Just Because
Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should work 7 days a week

Yes, we get mud on the bed when it's raining, but if something is wrong, if someone has a thorn in their paw, and it's bleeding, we'll know about it. When you don't know how to run your own entrepreneur empire, you can't see if something is wrong. It's hard to see everything all the time, but you should at least know how your processes run in the background. Having the ability to hire someone to help is awesome, but you need to know how to do everything before you bring someone else on.
