My cousin Katie on the bridge deck
Afterwell deck. The upper decks had to be washed down every morning. Unlike spoilt kids who go to brat schools we had to do all the cleaning ourselves. My first job was squee jeeing the salt water - which had been pumped from the river and sprayed on the deck - from the centre of the afterwell deck in lines down to the sides and out through the drain.
