This chicken would be great on tostadas, tacos, salads, etc. These were slightly salty (for my taste) because of the packaged seasoning, but the flavor is great, and both of us devoured our plates. Roasted Parmesan Potatoes  these were Delicious!   Creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside.  I was making garlic bread, so instead of using the broiler, I brushed garlic butter (melted) on both the pan and the potato halves, then sprinkled both with parmesan.   Placed the potatoes,  cut side down on the baking pan and placed in the 425 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

Crockpot Bacon Potatoes  1/4 pound bacon cooked & diced  2 medium onions, thinly sliced  4 medium potatoes  1/2# shredded cheddar cheese  salt and pepper  butter  Line crockpot with foil, leaving enough to cover the potatoes when finished.  Layer half each of the bacon, onions and potatoes in the crockpot.  Season to taste with salt and pepper and dot with (real) butter.  Repeat layers. Dot with butter.  Cover with remaining foil cook on low for up to 6 hours
