Banana Smoothie (Serves 6) Ingredients: 150g Full fat St Helen’s goat’s yoghurt 20g Coconut Oil 1Banana 1.5tsp Cinnamon 250ml Oat Milk 2 x Bannana 1 Orange 100g Ground Seeds 40g Linseed Directions: Soak the linseeds in advance. Blend all ingredients together. Serve in small glasses (125ml each) with a sprig of mint on each serving. If there is not enough in each glass top this up with extra oat milk.
