I went through some pork shoulders experimenting but it was fun doing it. Now I have this recipe for pulled pork that literally takes minutes - I start it in the morning, put in the slow cooker and it's perfect and tender and falling apart by dinner.

Thai Peanut Sauce- 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp sesame seeds - just mix it and throw it on everything. Pasta, Chicken and veggies.
