I would buy Butcher Paper at the grocery store, roll it out and give my boy's water color paints, crayons and stamps to get creative on rainy days. Still have those masterpieces. Loads of fun. But this is a good idea too LEAF RUBBING /amy/ nelson-s
- These were fun and easy. We used the cheapest cheerio knock-offs we could find so it was super cheap. We hung ours in the tree in our backyard and the kids loved seeing the birds and squirrels that came by.
DIY Drawing and tracing using shadows: great craft/art for kids too. "Nature and shadow- what if we take out the paints and paint in the lines…."… great idea for tracing. Take a quick pic then don't have to worry about sun changing places.
