The best way to prevent the spread of COVID-19:  Wash your hands thoroughly for 20 seconds as often as possible:  1. Lather your palm and the back of your hands with soap, not forgetting your fingertips. 2. Scrub both hands together, making sure the soap reaches all areas. 3. Rinse your hands under running water 4. Completely dry your hands using a paper towel or air dryer  Tip: sing happy birthday twice in your head whilst washing. It’s a very important time for those in the area of London and other affected areas to take further action to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.   As hard as it sounds, the WHO advises against touching our ears, nose and mouth.  Even rubber gloves can carry the virus so washing your hands is the most current effective form of prevention.
