A GEORGE III HAREWOOD OVAL PEMBROKE TABLE BY GEORGE SIMSON A very fine late 18th century Adam period marquetry inlaid harewood Pembroke table by George Simson having a kingwood and tulipwood crossbanded top centred with a boxwood oval medallion with a berried laurel border, the frieze inlaid with palm fronds and swagged drapery; on square tapering legs headed by acanthus foliage with husked drops terminating in brass and leather castors.
