Designed by E Gomme for G Plan as part of its Brandon range in the early 1960s, this is a fine example of the archetypal, vintage dressing table. It features three spacious drawers and a recessed top surface generous enough for all manner of perfumes, lotions and powders, plus there are two further mini drawers which curve out to reveal hidden sections at the back. A quirky, little detail! The mirror can be angled back and forth to get the perfect angle. If you wished, the mirror and its supp...

A nicely proportioned storage piece with a low profile from highly reputable furniture maker, AH McIntosh of Kirkcaldy, this four drawer chest dates from the 1960s, originally designed for the bedroom. It's beautifully crafted in teak as you would expect from McIntosh - we love the delicate, tapering legs and the subtly curved lower edge, softening the lines of an otherwise boxy piece. The design is neutral and minimal which means it can mix with pieces of different styles and eras easily. A ...

A very fine set of vintage Danish dining chairs with an outstanding pedigree, designed by Arne Hovmand Olsen for Mogens Kold in the 1960s. They are remarkably good original condition with very few signs of age to their solid teak frames or indeed the woven paper cord seats, usually the first place to show signs of wear. Their style is simple, elegant and elongated, and they look both mid century and contemporary at the same time, a sign of timeless design. We can arrange fast UK delivery!

Made from the 1960s through to the early eighties, the appeal of this particular model of Ercol dining chair endures. Probably the most desirable of the bunch, we think it's perhaps because of how good they look from the back, tucked in around your dining table. We love the exaggerated curve of their bow tops. The seats are gently contoured and generous in width and their backs supportive in just the right measure. This set of six model 449s come in super original condition with their factory...

The original patterned upholstery is in super condition with only light signs of wear and tear. It comes with carved, dark wooden arm ends which flow into the brass-capped front legs and create drama and a stately presence. This is practical too as it's the arms that usually show the most sig...
