Indian is my favourite cuisine, and onion bhajis are quite the drool-fest aren't they? So when I sampled a syn free onion bhaji at class recently I was blown away. I decided that these were going to accompany my slimming world curries every time... Now, these take a bit of prep so I've somewhat given up on that dream, but they are definitely worth rustling up as a party food or when having a "fakeaway" night in.
Slimming World Oat Biscuits 70g of porridge oats 2 eggs 5 tablespoons of sweetener, mix all together and shape into rounds on baking tray. Makes 6. Cook for around 15 mins at 180. 3 are syn free if used as HEb. Some add hot choc options, I used sultanas.
Syn free weetabix and banana muffins 2 weetabix crushed 2 eggs beaten 3 tbsp fat free natural yogurt 1 mashed banana 2 tbsp sweetener (canderel/Splenda etc) Vanilla essence Mix all ingredients together and put into cases, pop in the oven for 25 mins on 180 SYN FREE IF USING WEETABIX AS HE b
