Hemsley & Hemsley: Blueberry Pancakes With Cashew Mango Cream
Introducing Chicken Tinola, a favourite dish of the Philippines and a taste of our childhood. This soupy stew is great for restoring one's health - homemade chicken stock is key. Onions, garlic and ginger are added before being topped up with chicken and veg. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice for an immune-boosting dish that is flavoursome, soothing and warming.
The Hemsley + Hemsley answer to fried chicken, free from breadcrumbs and vegetable oil but crunchy, crispy, succulent and delectable. It’s called Pablo’s Chicken after our cousin’s boyfriend who’s a huge fan and didn’t think we could recreate a healthy version but was very pleasantly surprised! Our baked version is almond crusted, unbelievably good and a hit at any dinner or picnic we take it to.
