Original pinner sez: No link, but I'm guessing, draw flowers with masking fluid, drop wet into wet colours, sprinkle salt, allow to dry, rub off masking fluid. It would work by drawing in the flowers with a fine white crayon I should imagine. Something I'm going to have a go at.

For the TLC555 - use Watercolor Powders. I used various colors of Brushos here. I first stamped the Hero Arts image with Versamark on the smoother side of watercolor paper and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I then sprinkled on two colors at a time, misted with water until I got the texture I wanted and heat set it. I then repeated that adding two more colors and heat set. I heat set in between so I didn't get mud.
