#LegDay! These are step back crossovers and they are KILLER! Start with both feet on the bench, keeping your foot completely on the bench. Tap your right foot out straight to the right side. Step back with your right foot to cross behind the left leg in a curtsy lunge. That means you'll keep your right heel of the ground. Dig your left heel into the bench for stability, and use those quad muscles to bring your right foot back up and tap. 10 reps each side, repeat 3x. :)
