I found these over twisted cables used to form a diamond in a Japanese Stitch Dictionary and thought they would be perfect for seed stitch diamonds. I grouped them in argyll fashion on the front and back to create a delightfully winsome pullover. I got the idea of the name from the song “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds”. The color of the sweater reminds me of the sky at dusk and of course the cable diamonds. Lucy did not seem quite right, so I went with Lucille which means light. It makes me…
