This morning I substituted almond milk for water and my smoothie got sooo creamy. Green leafy vegetables are a source of B vitamins carotenoids ( that are antioxidants) vitamin k and spinach is a good source of iron; this smoothie is delicious as the banana and kiwi make it sweet enough to be yummy but you still get all the nutrients from the spinach 1 BANANA 1 KIWI BIG HANDFUL OF SPINACH 1 TSP SPIRULINA WATER or COCONUT WATER but ALMOND MILK this morning was #breakfast #smoothie…

This morning I substituted almond milk for water and my smoothie got sooo creamy. Green leafy vegetables are a source of B vitamins carotenoids ( that are antioxidants) vitamin k and spinach is a good source of iron; this smoothie is delicious as the banana and kiwi make it sweet enough to be yummy but you still get all the nutrients from the spinach 1 BANANA 1 KIWI BIG HANDFUL OF SPINACH 1 TSP SPIRULINA WATER or COCONUT WATER but ALMOND MILK this morning was #breakfast #smoothie…

Ahh this morning was a struggle to get up  but so glad I went to this morning's boxing class @alexfitness_uk with my @polarglobal watch  You'll never regret that workout! The truth is I even went back to bed deciding against it but figured I wouldn't get much sleep anyway and I'd spend the whole day feeling angry and frustrated at myself for missing a workout and being a wimp.
