Fat Bomb: In a food processor add unsweetened coconut, unsweetened dark baking chocolate chips, almond flour, flax seed ground, erythritol, vegan butter, cashew butter, inulin. 🙂 mix. Then set in fridge. Top with cashew butter dollop. Pecan. Coconut.
Scratch Biscuits and Gravy, super easy and delicious. Notes for next time: the gravy was super thick (which Brandon really liked), I used left over whole milk, use a little less pepper, canned ref'd biscuits work great.
