A low calories and low carb alternative to french fries. A bit too soft to really count as fries (though maybe I should try cutting the strips thinner next time?) but still tasty and does the trick when having a craving for French fries.
I made these and they're SO GOOD. A definite go-to for a great alternative to traditional fries. Butternut Squash Fries - so easy, with just olive oil and spices. Feel free to switch the spices up (try chipotle powder in place of paprika for D-Burn).
Parmesan Butternut Squash Fries - verdict: the flavor was good, but i didn't have a cookie rack so I just placed them on the pan and subsequently they were a little soggy, will try again when I get a rack!
