Flourless Oatmeal Pancakes (Gluten Free)    Healthy and delicious.   Ingredients:  1 cup of Oatmeal   ½ tsp of baking powder  3 Eggs (or eggbeaters to decrease calories)  1 Egg White  ½ cup Non Fat Greek Style Yogurt  ½ tsp of Vanilla Extract  1 tsp of Cinnamon   pinch of nutmeg  * Optional add any fruit    Directions : Grind Oatmeal to a fine powder in a blender. Blend the ingredients to a smooth mixture. Lightly spray pan and cook at medium heat. 6 pancakes = 340 calories
