"Texas Tarragon"  -  Tagetes Lucida also known as Mexican Mint Marigold or Spanish Tarragon.  A member of the marigold family with leaves that taste just like tarragon.  Much easier to grow than tarragon and is drought resistant.  Blooms in the fall with a profusion of yellow flowers.
