Coconut Custard Pie This makes its own crust 2 cups milk 2 1/2 cups flaked coconut 4 eggs, beaten 1 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 cup white sugar 2 tbsps butter, softened Combine all ingredients, mix well & pour into a buttered pie pan. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 mins or until golden brown & knife instered in the center comes out clean. Layers into crust, custard & coconut topping!
Chocolate Oatmeal No Bake Cookies 1/2 C Butter 2 C Sugar 1/2 C Milk 4 Tbsp Cocoa 1/2 C Peanut Butter 3 1/2 C Quick cooking Oats 2 tsp. Vanilla Add the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, and boil for 1 minute. Stir in the next 3 ingredients and drop onto wax/foil paper. Let cool until set. Can leave out the cocoa and add one cup of coconut walnuts
Amazing Coconut Pie 2 cups milk... 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup all-purpose baking mix, like Bisquick 4 eggs 1/4 cup (half a stick) butter, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/3 cups Coconut flakes. Place milk, sugar, baking mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in blender; cover. Blend on LOW speed for 3 minutes. pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with coconut.
