Thanksgiving doesn't have to be unhealthy! 504 calories per serving! Sounds like a good deal! (I used this recipe last year and everyone loved it! It's a must if you want to stay on the healthy track!)
Carve the turkey: Carve the turkey the same way you would carve a chicken (click that link to see a video of the entire process of carving a chicken). Remove the wings first, then the thighs, then the breast meat. Once you have the meat off, you can separate the thighs into thighs and drumsticks and carve the breast meat into individual slices.
Star ingredient: skinless, boneless chicken breasts, which deliver plenty of protein with almost no artery-clogging saturated fat. Whole wheat couscous and pears add beneficial fiber, and Roma beans serve up multiple plant nutrients.
Ingredients: 6-7 pieces of thawed chicken 2 cans of green beans 1 small bag of red potatoes 1 packet of dry Italian dressing 1 stick of melted butter Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Quarter the potatoes, drain the green beans. Arrange food in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle Italian dressing over everything, then drizzle the melted butter over everything. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for an hour. Then eat!
