Millbrook was a place of natural beauty with many flowers and shrubs along the lake. The park boasted of a theater (“casino”), a roller coaster, carousel, ball field, pavilion, motordrome, a race park, tennis courts, rifle range, bowling alleys, skating rink, beautiful bridges and more! A “streetcar party” ride to Millbrook for a picnic was quite fashionable. Millbrook Park was one of the top three parks in Ohio and most popular from 1902 to 1913. Its downfall began with the 1913 flood.
