The Best Lemon Bars. These are delicious! I skipped the lemon extract and added 3 drops of doTerra& Lemon essential oil.

All you need is an angel food cake mix and a can of lemon pie filling. Mix them together and bake in a 9x13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. As they are cooling, you can sprinkle with powder sugar if you wish......the recipe here don't mention to "mix the angelfood cake" according to the directions......you have to do that....I think. Mine's cooking, but there was no way it would've cooked and been any kind of cake or bar if not for the water being added.

Cakey Lemon Bar "Brownies" Not too shabby! The "cake" part was pretty yummy. The glaze is a little tart so I might cut back on the lemon juice next time a tad.
