The Ghost and Mrs Muir. Spirited romantic comedy stars Gene Tierney as a widow who moves into a haunted seashore house and, despite the warnings of her neighbors, shuns the attempts by sea captain spectre Rex Harrison to scare her away. 1947 The movie makers don't seem to know what romance is anymore.

She was in one of my favorite movies as a child, with Gene Tierney & Rex Harrison!

Vincent Leonard Price, Jr. (May 27, 1911 – October 25, 1993) was an American actor, well known for his distinctive voice and serio-comic performances in a series of horror films made in the latter part of his career. In 1968 Price portrayed witchhunter Matthew Hopkins in 'Witchfinder General'. He appeared in Theatre of Blood (1973), in which he portrayed a campy Shakespearian serial killer. "It's as much fun to scare as to be scared."

Vincent Price in Dragonwyck , looking very dapper . Am i the only one who has a serious crush on the young Vincent Price?
