The Rookery at 209 S. LaSalle St. was designed by Burham and Root and completed in 1888.  Frank Lloyd Wright redesigned the lobby in 1905.

The Rookery - John Root & Frank Lloyd Wright. I see influences of art nouveau, art deco mixed together, not yet FLWs clear signature yet, but still tentatively there (space is central).
