To make your own Lemon Herb Designer Salt: Combine 1 cup kosher salt, 2 tbsp dried herbs (you can use a pre-mixed blend like Herbes de Provence, or Italian Seasoning, or mix together equal amounts of thyme, rosemary, oregano, or basil), 1 tsp ground black pepper,1 tbsp lemon zest. Place in a coffee grinder or small food processor and whiz until it all comes together. Store in airtight containers.
