Low Carb Chocolate ice cream Two packets of this (make sure it's diet blend for 3 carbs and not sugarfree for 7) and blend with a hand blender in 1 cup of heavy cream. Regular heavy cream not ULTRA PASTEURIZED. Ultra won't form to consistency. Takes about 5 minutes to get to consistency. Once it starts to form, stop..don't over-whip. Freeze for 30 minutes and start eating it around the top of your bowl first. The entire bowl is 8 carbs 2 sugar. Not for Induction but safe for maintenance.
Easy (and low calorie - low carb) dessert: make a 1.5 oz box of sugar-free chocolate pudding using the box directions. Mix in about 1/2 a tub of frozen sugar-free whipped topping (thawed, of course). Spoon into 4 individual serving dishes and refrigerate for 2 hours. Add additional whipped topping before serving if you wish. So good! Per serving: 112 calories and 14g carbs
