What Ive found is that its a perspective shift. So its not that things cant be good or bad but rather its acknowledging that these are just our opinions and that classifying something as good or bad doesnt necessarily give us anything actionable to work with.  Instead consider actions and outcomes to be either supportive of what you want or a hindrance to what you want.  I'd keep reading if I were you http://ift.tt/2olnUHQ

My oh my I do love a good Bear Complex (Squat Clean Thruster Back Squat Thruster/Press). A sandbag is a great barbell alternative too! I can't think of a single muscle in your body that won't be lit up by that movement. The other movements help make this a well-rounded total body ripper. WHO PUT IN THE WORK TODAY!?
