Youth Project supports the Secure Welfare Service (SWS), a place for children aged 10 to 17 who have faced a major crisis; whether they've been abused, neglected or left to their own devices. These kids go to the SWS to find temporary refuge and health care.

RU OK?  R U OK? Day is a national day of action held annually to encourage and empower all people to regularly and meaningfully ask ‘are you ok?’ to support those struggling with life. On this day, it’s important that schools promote meaningful conversations and ongoing support.

Imagine a wall of donated clothing, unsorted, unknown and no time to sort it out although clothing is urgently needed.    This was the problem Youth Projects’ Living Room Primary Health Clinic faced. Lucky for them, a group of volunteers made up of staff from law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth came forth and volunteered their help.
