Eggs benedict pastries with smoked salmon.(this only has the hollandaise sauce recipe, the rest is probably pretty easy to assemble if you know how to make bisquick biscuits, and slap some salmon on top of the biscuits)
This is a no-fuss, easy recipe. The sauce is simply put together in a blender - no double boiling necessary. Assemble eggs with sauce over hot buttered English muffins with Canadian bacon, or if you prefer, Serrano ham.
