Simple Peanut Butter Fudge *I had a craving for PB fudge and found a recipe to tweak. Totally hit the spot! *1/2 cup peanut butter *1/2 cup butter *Bring to boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.  *Add 1 tsp Vanilla and 1/3 (I may have used only 1/4 cup. I did not really measure..it was pretty sweet, so I could have cut back) cup powdered (I put in my ninja mixer) xylitol or sweetener of choice.  *Stir for about 4 minutes and pour into 8x8 pan. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
