European Starlings everywhere! They love the bird bath. Their young don't fly very well at first and I have found them just sitting on the ground. Had to put them in a tree to keep them safe from cats.
Starling - We have a pair of Starlings visiting our feeders. I was told they could be "bully" birds at feeders but we haven't had a problem with them driving away smaller birds so far. They are fun to watch.
The Common Starling - Sturnus vulgaris, is a medium-sized passerine bird. Its native range is in temperate Europe and Asia. First introduced in New York's central Park in their offspring have multiplied to 200 million plus.
