Zucchini is abundant in the summertime and its mild flavor and tender texture makes it great for topping a grilled pizza. A bit of queso fresco and cilantro add a bright flavor to perk up the zucchini.
Mushroom, Bacon, Jalapeno, Red Onion & Cream Cheese Stuffed Burgers… interesting way of making burgers… I just changed it a bet. And used Swiss instead of cream cheese, and I didn’t go with the jalapeños. The made my work worth it.
