Point Isabel (Texas). Placed into service in 1853, it was quickly deactivated due to the American Civil War.  The lens was removed and used and damaged by the Confederacy. Even with repairs made in 1866 the entire lantern room had to be replaced in 1881. Decommissioned in 1927, it is now the smallest state park and is the only Texas lighthouse open for climbing to see the views  of South Padre Island.

Placed into service in it was quickly deactivated due to the American Civil War.
