Chapel of Reconciliation, Berlin. The neo-Gothic Reconciliation Church, completed in 1894, was cut off from its congregation when the Berlin Wall was erected. The church languished in no-man's-land until it was demolished in 1985 by the East German government. Berlin architects Peter Sassenroth and Rudolf Reitermann designed this chapel for the site as a remembrance.
