Pan Fried Apples, these are very good. For a quick and easy way, sometimes I use 2 apples sliced, 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup of apple jelly. Cook apples in butter for a few minutes add the jelly and cook till apples are tender. Add a little cinnamon. very easy
