Also cooked 6lbs of hamburger; 3 bags of taco meat, 1 bag of sausage/hamburger mix, 2 bags of plain cooked hamburger, & assembled a bag of teriyaki chicken dinner for the crockpot. Honey BBQ Meatloaf. SUPER moist. I used turkey instead of beef and it was falling apart. Would make yummy leftover meatloaf sandwiches :)

Potato Soup:30oz bag frozen, shredded hash browns;32 oz chicken broth;1 can cream of chicken soup; 1/2c chop onion;1/2 tsp pepper;1/4 tsp garlic powder;8oz cream cheese (not fat free, it wont melt in).Place mixture in crock pot.Cook low 6-8 hours or  high 4-5 hours.About 1 hour before serving, add cream cheese, heat til thoroughly melted.
