~Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Muffins~ 2 1/2 cup oats 1 cup Whole milk yogurt 2 eggs 1/2 cup Honey 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 cup Chopped apples 2 tsp Cinnamon Preheat oven to 400. Blend all ingredients except apples in blender til smooth. Put in bowl. Add apples and stir. Place in greased muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
