"Rocky Falls", Southern Missouri Ozarks, just east of Emminence Missouri

"Rocky Falls", Southern Missouri Ozarks, just east of Emminence Missouri Rocky Falls is in Shannon County and is located just off Highway NN. It cascades down 60 feet of igneous rock.

The water falls 60 feet, causing a mist to rise. This mist also causes a moon bow visible on clear nights under the full moon (not found anywhere else in the Western Hemisphere). This Falls is known as the  "Niagara of the South". The 125 foot wide falls is beautiful during the day or at night.  Must go see!
