The Blue Hole when it's actually blue, at McConnell Springs Park in Lexington, KY. It's the founding site of Lexington, and has walkways through wetlands, beside ancient burr oaks, and along the stream leading from this natural spring in the midst of the park. Wonderful!

Cumberland Falls, KY falls 60 feet, causing a mist to rise. This mist also causes a moon bow visible on clear nights under the full moon (not found anywhere else in the Western Hemisphere). This Falls is known as the "Niagara of the South".
