Balsamic Italian Sausage Bowties - YUMMY! Cook 1 lb. italian sausage (I used sweet), until most of the fat is cooked out. Drain. Cut up sweet bell peppers of your choice. Mix in a bit of balsamic vinegarette. Cook 1 box of bowtie pasta, drain. Mix sausage mixture, pasta and shredded parmesean/romano cheese together with more balsamic vinegarette. Enjoy!!
Spicy Siracha White Bean Dip from White on Rice. I love this dip, it's delicious! It's a healthier alternative to queso and other mayonnaise-based dips. I'll be making this for a summer appetizer or snack again, soon.
This Low Carb Crab Salad whips together quickly and brings a bit of summer to lunchtime. I found some fresh crab, left out the peppers and lemon and put it over some fresh lettuce from the garden - AMAZING!
