Where we work- TRASH DUMP COMMUNITY: LA CHURECA in Managua, Nicaragua is home to countless children trying to survive an inhuman landscape of burning trash, physical and sexual abuse, and starvation.  Love Light & Melody has opened one safe house and continues to raise money and awareness in hopes of changing these children's lives for the better.
