Sancocho 2 cups chicken broth, 2 cups chicken, 2 cups diced red and green peppers, 2 cups of rice, 2 cans of red beans, 2 corn cobs, 2 jalapeño peppers, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper, 1tsp salt and pepper. Prepare chicken, rice, pepper, and beans. Then put all ingredients in a crock pot or pot and cook on low for at least an hour! So tasty!!
