A vertigo is a reeling sensation that either you are spinning or the world around you is spinning. Exercises for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), the most common cause for bouts of vertigo, can help to overcome the feeling of vertigo.
Ball to the Wall (advanced hip abductor): Lie on your side with back about 10in from a wall. With your leg raised and foot parallel to the ground, place a large exercise ball between your heel and the wall. Lift your leg while pressing your heel against to ball. Roll the ball up and back down the wall under your heel. Do this 10x's & repeat 2-4 sets to fatigue. Switch sides.
