organicfair's chocolate elixir makes a perfect chocolate egg cream. The elixir itself is made from a roasted cacao husk infusion, roasted nib extract and raw cocoa powder- chocolate to the 3rd power. To make this old school soda you need 1/3 cup milk, 1-2 tablespoons of our chocolate elixir and 2/3 cup soda water. Chocolate syrup goes in the glass first, top with milk, stir vigorously and slowly pour in the soda water. An amazing creamy foam happens on the top!
