2 c butternut squash 2 Tbs coconut oil 1 lb chicken breast ½ tsp salt 1 tsp basil 1 tsp rosemary ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp dried thyme ¼ tsp garlic powder pepper ¼ tsp celery seeds ½ tsp parsley pinch cumin 3 zucchini 1 onion 4 garlic cloves skillet heat 1 Tbs coconut oil over medium . sauté butternut squash covered till tender. Remove squash. Add remaining Tsp coconut oil. Season chicken w/salt and pepper sear 5 min until brown. Reduce to med/low, add remaining ingredients. cook covered 15 min.
