Homemade crab cakes 1lb super lump crab meat 1 egg beaten 1/3 cup mayo 1/2 cup Old Bay crab cake classic mix 2 Tbsp dried chives 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form into small cakes with a large spoon. (I usually get between 7-9 depending on how large or small I want them.) Cook for 25-30 minutes just until they turn a nice golden brown. Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers after the cakes cool completely.
