I've been making this for the 17 day diet. Almost have it perfected. Try mini pizza's, about 3 inches to keep it crispier

Cauliflower crust pizza and bread-sticks. (I don't add fennel and it's still good.) No flour, low carb. My kids and husband ate it too! Lots of cheese though, so it can be a bit greasy. Limit how much you sprinkle on top since it's already in the crust.

Coconut wraps: 4 whole eggs - 1/4 cup coconut oil - 2 pinches salt - 1/2 cup coconut flour - 1/4 tsp baking powder - 2/3 to 1/2 cup coconut milk or water - Any spices you want

Low Carb Pizza Crust    Mix 2 cups of mozzarella cheese  1 cup of cheddar cheese  3 eggs  Combine all together. I used parchment paper, otherwise use non stick spray on your pan. spread it thinly across your pan. I used a cookie sheet, it wasn't enough to cover it all but by the time it cooked up, it almost all reached the edges.  Cook at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

Low carb Chicken Fajitas — Combine peppers, onion, and chicken all cut in long strips. Sprinkle with paprika and cumin, squeeze the juice of one lime over top and stir in a little olive oil. Cook in skillet, then top with fresh salsa and guacamole!
